The passion for grief coaching stems from my own experiences with loss. Understanding firsthand the overwhelming impact that grief can have on every aspect of life from emotional well-being to physical health and relationships. It can feel so very isolating and as if you'll never find joy or happiness again.

Coaching Philosophy

My belief is that while grief is a deeply personal experience, no-one should have to face it alone or try and be supported by those that just don't fully understand. My coaching philosophy revolves around creating a safe, non-judgmental space where you can freely express your emotions whilst processing your grief, but alongside this, developing effective coping strategies.
Through the principles of positive psychology, we work together to build emotional resilience, helping you to find those moments of happiness, and move forward in your own life whilst holding the grief.

Trying to work whilst grieving can be hugely underestimated and I'm on a mission to try and normalise the grieving process for everyone. Managers need training on how to effectively navigate loss in the workplace whether that's whole teams grieving for a colleague or individuals managing their own losses. My workplace programme provides invaluable support for HR or Managers and individuals to understand how to continue working whilst holding the space for grief.

Working with the duality of life where you can live a full happy life whilst still carrying the sadness or dialectic thinking, I feel happy and I feel sad, and that's ok.
